Shrimaan Shrimati Phir Se is an Indian Sitcom which premiered on 13 March 2018 on SAB TV. This series is a reboot of Shrimaan Shrimati which was broadcast on DD National.The story is of two couples, Keshav-Kokila and Prema-Dilruba who are neighbors. While Keshav likes Prema, on the other hand, Dilruba likes Kokila. Both of them make use of every possible opportunity (and create many of their own) to flirt with each other's wives, but every time their efforts come to naught. The episodes are centered on their attempts to get closer to each other's wives and the comical situations that result.

Shrimaan Shrimati is a sitcom that first aired on Doordarshan in 1994. It starred Jatin Kanakia, Rakesh Bedi, Reema Lagoo and Archana Puran Singh in the lead roles. 'Shrimati' is the story of a middle class, conservative housewife, who falls prey to society's glitz and glamour and in the bargain, loses her own identity. In today's malevolent world, where the outer appearance means everything, this middle-aged lady falls victim to the clichéd problem of overall personality and outward appearance that irks all the minds - from teenagers to adults and beyond. She becomes obsessed and, in the process,, almost loses her mind and identity till the sudden realization that - irrespective of the way people think and the way the world goes - one should never forget the soul that dwells within. For it is not about the length or texture of your hair or how perfect your bumps are, but about the kind of person you are and the number of people who love you solely for your nature. She finally gains confidence and self-respect in her own skin and gets ready to take on the world with new vigor and a new "her".

A rich and wealthy couple, Shankarlal and Parvati (Sanjeev Kumar & Raakhee) are appalled at the problems of the world, especially in households, so they decide to try and make things right - one household at a time. They first go the household of alcoholic Rajesh (Rakesh Roshan); his domineering mom (Lalita Pawar); and uneducated wife, Veena (Deepti Naval). Their second task takes them to the household of Vishwanath Gupta(A.K. Hangal); his son, Madhu (Amol Palekar) who has taken to drinking; and his attractive, outgoing, and wealthy wife, Aruna (Sarika). The couple go to work on these families to turn them around and improve and better their relations with each other.
